Very poor experience – delayed medical order and unprofessional serviceI had a very disappointing experience with this service.I ordered treatment for vaginal thrush and completed all required medical questions, including providing personal identification. However, my order was placed on hold without any clear communication.When I contacted customer support to ask about the delivery, instead of answering my question, I was asked to repeat the same medical questions again. This was frustrating and unnecessary.This is a time-sensitive medical issue, and the delay caused significant discomfort. I had also paid for Royal Mail tracked delivery expecting a prompt service.Instead of resolving the issue, my order was suddenly cancelled and refunded, and the conversation was ended abruptly. This felt unprofessional and dismissive.Overall, very poor communication and handling of a medical order. I would not recommend
