Exorbitant costs for prepayment meter.

This service is the most expensive for prepayment meters, claiming to be the cheapest. I spent £40.00 in just 6 days and have only £4.00 left. I can't wait to switch to another provider; this experience has been draining. They seem to cater only to the wealthy, not the less fortunate. An awful company.

Questionable support for prepayment customers.

This company claims to assist those on prepayment meters, typically less financially stable. How has my electric meter consumed over £150 in one month for a single person in a small flat? I called twice, and they assured me everything was fine. What am I supposed to do now? I guess I’ll have to bundle up and sit in the dark.

Supportive service during battery issue.

As my meter approached the end of its 15-year battery life, the support team promptly reached out by phone. They were exceptionally helpful, patient, and proactive, even at the end of their workday. After several years with them, this was my first contact with customer service, and it was a very positive experience in a challenging environment. A truly solid company.
