Opened a card that was supposed to be a reserve one, after 2 days 1,7k from the card vanished by charges i noticed it right away and told the support about it to talk to the bank and dispute all of the transactions, 3 weeks later they said they cant refund me and wont let me talk to the bank by myself stay away from them they will steal your money!.
This is absolutely the worst vcc site I have ever used, a month after refunding and still no response, the response I get is always "I have written to the bank and we are waiting for a response". Other vcc's refunded the next day, but if you have used epn.net once you will know how bad it is.I have tons of support chats.Forget this site
EPN will keep your money, they wont initiate refunds that have been made to their cards. Trash service, ive been asking for them for refunds for MONTHS. They keep sending robotic messages and not helpful at all. I'm yet to see a dollar, around $7000 gone. NEVER USE THEM.
