I have never been so dissatisfied by a virtual card service as I have been with e.pn lately. Why will they refuse to refund my money if they can no longer provide acceptable service? It is better to close than to remain open and allow people to sign up for your services. My $50 has been with them for over a month now and they keep saying the bank has not responded. Mind you, I did business with e.pn, not the bank, and it is none of my business if the bank does not respond to you guys. My account is fully verified, and I use those caerd for freelancing services, fiverr, and facebook, so why are they holding my money? Opened an account. Verified with my real ID. Deposited $2.5k. Made a few cards. Woke up the next morning to a fishy message saying to contact some "lawyer" and that my account is locked. Said lawyer is giving vague messages about "the bank" locking my account. Seems like a scam to me. Edit: EPN is now trying to defame me by saying I am not a "regular customer". I signed up for the site. I verified my identity. I put money in. I used literally two cards. Next thing you know they're holding onto my hard earned money. I have all the proof need be. I will upload it onto a website soon. I did not break any rules of their platform, they just saw an opportunity to steal money and that's what they did.
to be honest if there was negative star rating I would give the maximum negative rating, they don't deserve 1 star, I woudl't say its a scam but the service is just the worst thier fees are over expensice , once you put your money and the card dosn't work you can't withdraw unlike thier competeters and they tell you it will take a month to withdraw while it takes a minute to deposit. there are a lot easier alternatives like fotoncard which I highly reccomend if you were scammed by this guys
I sent 25$. After, i pressed on button "issue card", it says -in process and. That's all. Nothing. Support 5 days ago said me "wait, our developers work". As i understand, they gather the money and say that to everyone. Scheme is "we work, you need to wait a little bit". I cannot withdrow the money. I cannot use them. Money on my account and these "sob" send me letters like "why you don't use your money". So, it is legal scheme of scam. I spent time, energy, money...Support always answer - wait, our developers work, but they don't work, i know, i am developer. They cannot work more than 2 weeks. I checked that guy. Domain e.pn registered in Gandi.net for Rodion Tolstoy from Russia. That guy has also epn.net and other scam services.Please, don't give him a cent!
They are scammers and they stole my 633$ money and not replying to messages nothing and they said simply they are updating their system and needs 30 days like just fraud company dont ever ever put ur money and you will lose it all and they are big scammers so be careful.
Used them from time to time, overall okay, until next week. Now in total about 600$ just locked across several different cards - payments are declined, transfer attempts blocked. Almost 7-day old ticket from support and all that I got from them 'Bank hasn't answered yet' and 'Try issuing new card, they are working' - by the way they are not, another 150 dollars locked. Overall - no guarantees, no stability, support can't do anything, no refund capability. UPD: Well, you can see it all in reply. No accountability ("third party issues") and the only proposed solution is to "open a new card, it works now" (it doesn't, as I mentioned, just got even more money locked)
They blocked my account the exact time I deposited the money. I deposited 250 USD to a new account, and it got blocked immediately as soon as the money hit the account. Now they are telling me to talk to some guy named @lawyerpop - who doesn't even reply.
