I recently purchased an Expert Advisor (EA), but unfortunately, it has not been delivered to me as promised. Despite completing the payment in good faith and expecting timely access to the product, I have not received any confirmation, download link, license details, or further communication regarding my purchase.I have made several attempts to reach out through email and Telegram, but there has been no response whatsoever. The lack of communication is extremely concerning and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expected at least an acknowledgment of my messages or clarification regarding the delay.This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing. I entered into this transaction with trust, expecting transparency and support, but instead I have been met with silence. I would appreciate an urgent response, either with delivery of the EA as agreed or a clear explanation and resolution to this matter.At this point, I am simply seeking accountability and proper customer service.
