I recently purchased an Expert Advisor (EA), but unfortunately, it has not been delivered to me as promised. Despite completing the payment in good faith and expecting timely access to the product, I have not received any confirmation, download link, license details, or further communication regarding my purchase.
I have made several attempts to reach out through email and Telegram, but there has been no response whatsoever. The lack of communication is extremely concerning and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expected at least an acknowledgment of my messages or clarification regarding the delay.
This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing. I entered into this transaction with trust, expecting transparency and support, but instead I have been met with silence. I would appreciate an urgent response, either with delivery of the EA as agreed or a clear explanation and resolution to this matter.
At this point, I am simply seeking accountability and proper customer service.

Tried 1 month membership and ofcource you can't download any good EA but you can download any rubbish EA they not profitable or not working. contacted the team ask for a refund or only one good working EA and the answer is NO. So you really don't know which EA are free for download till you buy the useless membership.
First buy BTC AI EA in usd 78. Later on team said that it is group buy and you can use when there is team I need instantly. They say refund will process after 3 month. Then with additional payment of USD 100. Team provided me BTC algo trading 2.1. BTS was on 15800 on sep 14 it was placing sell stop trades at 15167 with target of 13800 with SL of 15500. It is sugesting trades 8-10 pts far. On opening of trade BTC go down till 14800 and Sl triggered later on. In second trade now BTC is on 14800 and it has placed trade buy stop at 16300 with target of 16800 BTC is at 15000. It is placing trades too far. Not so useful. I have esclated it to team and insisted for refund. As per website refund policy Website will not refund amount they will provide two number of additional EA. EA given to me is of no use I spent USD 178. Now team is not responding I have send them email and Telegram msges but no response. Feeling frustrated with such issues..I have also contacted maker of this EA @losgroup. He is not ready to set right this EA and saying this website is scammer and try to modify his EA but not able to delete his name and telegram from EA. He is selling same EA in usd550. Very bad experience.
purchased HFT PropFirm EA MT5 (latest version) – GroupBuy from EA FX Store on September 14, 2025. • Order ID: #43574 • Amount paid: 75 USD via Revolut (MoonPay – Apple Pay)After completing the payment, I never received the product credentials by email.I checked spam/junk folders and even created the email address I mistakenly typed during checkout, but still no credentials arrived.I contacted EA FX Store via: • Email (eafxstore.com) → no reply • Phone / WhatsApp (+1 470-462-2201) → messages not delivered • Sent screenshots of payment and order confirmation as proofUnfortunately, I received no response at all.Because of this, I had to open a dispute with Revolut and provide all evidence (transaction, order ID, email attempts).⚠️ Warning to others: Be careful before purchasing. If support does not respond, you may risk paying and receiving nothing.
