I bought a robot from Eafxstore, the POW_BANKER_EA_v8.991, but unfortunately, I had a problem right from the start. The file I received came encrypted in a way that my computer cannot open, move, or use. When trying to copy it to the MetaTrader 5 folder, Windows returns this error:"Error 0x80071772: The specified file is encrypted and the user cannot decrypt it."I contacted support (or: I am waiting for a response from support), but so far I have not been able to use the robot I purchased. From what I researched, this type of encryption (EFS) is tied to the computer where the file was created, meaning it can only be used on that system. This prevented me from installing it on my own MT5 terminal. The support is good and they refunded my money.
