I opened an account and was informed I had to pay $2000 for a basic account, which was not mentioned anywhere. I requested to close my account and retrieve my $1000 deposit (I found another platform that is more transparent). They charged me $150 for processing and an additional $100 for IRS fees. I felt completely uneasy dealing with them. As of now, I still haven't received my funds.
