Beware of this service; they keep demanding more money.

I invested with this service and have already paid R120 000 to have my profits transferred to my bank. Recently, I paid an additional R10 000 for the same purpose, but still received nothing. Now, they are asking for even more money to release my profits. Be cautious; they lure you in for continuous payments, and now their platform is blocked, preventing me from filing a complaint. They are dishonest and can ruin lives.

Deceptive promises and inadequate support.

I was promised a fair trading profit, only to find out about significant fees I needed to cover. When I inquired, the representatives became aggressive and couldn't clarify anything. Now, they have ceased communication. I strongly advise against working with them, as the broker and financial team appear to be scamming clients. EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN ENGAGING WITH THEM.

Profits promised, but not delivered.

I was assured of a well-deserved trading profit, only to discover a hefty amount I needed to pay. When I started asking questions, the broker and financial team became hostile and couldn't provide any answers. Now, they have stopped communicating with me. I cannot recommend them to anyone, as the broker and financial representatives seem to be deceiving clients. BE CAUTIOUS WHEN ENGAGING WITH THEM.

Account opening experience was frustrating.

I opened an account and was informed I had to pay $2000 for a basic account, which was not mentioned anywhere. I requested to close my account and retrieve my $1000 deposit (I found another platform that is more transparent). They charged me $150 for processing and an additional $100 for IRS fees. I felt completely uneasy dealing with them. As of now, I still haven't received my funds.

Excellent broker since 2019/20.

I have been with this broker since 2019/20. They are undoubtedly the best broker I've encountered. Very transparent, and their customer service is always responsive! I've also withdrawn multiple times without any issues.
