I bought a gift card on the Australian site without realizing it could only be used in the USA! I spoke with a friendly representative from the Melbourne branch who mentioned that this is a recurring issue and that he has informed the USA team multiple times. He reached out to request the card be transferable to Australia, as did I, yet there has been no response from the USA team in four days. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my husband from his elderly father. I'm not pleased with the lack of communication from the USA and I'm starting to worry that I've lost that money, especially since we have no plans to visit the USA anytime soon.
