I bought a gift card on the Australian website, not realizing it can only be used in the USA! I spoke with a helpful representative at the Melbourne branch who informed me that this is a recurring issue. He has reached out to the USA team multiple times regarding this. Despite his efforts and my own inquiries, I have received no response from the USA in four days. This gift card was meant as a Christmas present for my husband from his elderly father. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication from the USA and am increasingly worried that I may have lost this money, as we do not have plans to visit the USA soon.

Complete frauds - despite appearances, this operation has no actual presence in Malaga, Spain and simply subcontracts bookings to another service (which was quite good). Do yourself a favor and book directly with them to save money on a two-day rental.
While the company has a vast selection of bikes, my experience was mixed. The motorcycle I rented had a minor mechanical issue requiring a swap, which cost me half a day of my planned tour. The staff at the location were helpful in resolving it, but the process felt bureaucratic and slow. For a business of their size, I expected a more efficient contingency plan. You're paying a premium for the brand, but the customer service flexibility when issues arise doesn’t seem to match. Good, but could be significantly better.
The overall rating of 2.4 stars speaks volumes. They only offer in-store credit as a refund. I paid $143 for a one-day rental on a planned trip that fell through, canceled less than 24 hours later, and after all fees, I was ‘credited’ $32 back, with a $25 cancellation fee and an $86 penalty for canceling, and then they tell me it goes as store credit. Just close your business already.
I have unfortunately been a member for almost 8 years. To be fair, I should have canceled long ago. The number of locations accepting credits keeps decreasing. The credits allowed to accumulate have also diminished. Franchise and miscellaneous charges keep increasing. Their change policies are not accommodating at all. The remaining discounts may only be worthwhile if applied against several rentals a year.
Just returned from a fantastic guided tour of the American West - the guide and support were excellent, the roads and planning were great, and the hotels were decent. Everything was good except for two things. First, I originally booked a different tour that was canceled with five weeks' notice, so ensure you book changeable or cancellable flights or wait until final payment is made before finalizing travel plans. The company offered a discount for the replacement tour, but I had to pay extra to adjust my travel plans. Secondly, many tours are listed twice on the same dates - one in English and another in various languages. It seems they combine them, and I ended up as the only English speaker with a group of 15 French speakers (guidance was provided in both languages). While everyone was friendly, the off-bike social aspect was not what I expected. If you’re a solo rider seeking good company off the bike, try to confirm the group dynamics beforehand. Otherwise, the riding experience itself was excellent.
Just returned to the UK after an unforgettable experience riding Route 66 with the company. A two-week trip with 16 high-quality motorcycles. Exceptional tour guide, quality accommodations, and never a dull moment. There was great support with plenty of cold water and good company, plus a welcoming beer at the end of each day's ride. I wholeheartedly recommend this trip as a lifetime stress-free experience. Thank you for a trip I will cherish forever.
My second rental in five years, a motorcycle from Vegas with 79,000 miles, felt rough with a service light on, the seat was stuck in the low position, the clutch was nearly gone, and finding neutral was impossible (so I left it in first). The right pannier wouldn’t open or close properly. When returning it to another location, the representative was rude to all of us and couldn't open the filler cap; I did and he even asked how I managed it. I handed him his key and said, 'sorry buddy, it’s your bike?'
My spouse and I took a guided tour along the Pacific Coast Highway, and it was the trip of a lifetime. The route was expertly planned, the lead guide was fantastic, and the support vehicle was a welcome addition. It was incredible to focus solely on the ride and scenery without worrying about logistics. The company managed every detail with professionalism. It was worth every penny for a truly worry-free vacation.
