The notification claimed my package was delivered at 1:50 am, so I went outside right away, but there was no package. I checked my mailbox, outside my door, my neighbor's mailbox, and the area around the building. I reached out to the support team immediately, but their response was slow. They informed me that they couldn't assist since it was "marked as delivered." I did not receive a refund!
