Package Not Delivered as Promised

The notification claimed my package was delivered at 1:50 am, so I went outside right away, but there was no package. I checked my mailbox, outside my door, my neighbor's mailbox, and the area around the building. I reached out to the support team immediately, but their response was slow. They informed me that they couldn't assist since it was "marked as delivered." I did not receive a refund!

My package was indicated as delivered, but it was missing from my door or mailbox. There is no evidence provided. This is very disappointing. I cannot recommend this service to anyone!

An utterly ineffective service showing disregard for customers.

This service is completely inefficient, showcasing a lack of competence and concern for customer satisfaction. The package was clearly too large for the mailbox door, yet the delivery person forced it inside, making it impossible to retrieve. This has happened multiple times. I strongly advise against using this service.

Package marked as delivered but not received.

My package was marked as delivered, but it was not at my door or mailbox, and there is no proof provided. It’s really disappointing. I cannot recommend this service to anyone!
