I cant withdraw my balance. I had a pending balance of $60 for a task I completed and have showed proof of, that disappeared and is no longer showing in pending. I cant launch the game from the app, another rep said to just run the game from the actual games app, and it would still count my progress. It did not. I have sent 6 tickets with no reply, I have sent an email with all proof and screenshots and not one person has fixed this or gotten back to me. This is fraudulent.
