Refuse to pay out after completing tasks 35 and 45 on Scrabble on the go. In addition I got the runaround and then I was told that my earnings could not retract however my earnings was tracked from levels 1 through 20 and as soon as my earnings went past $3 I was not able to repaid. I have screenshots and all of the information needed to show that I did complete the task on time. It was heartbreaking sea that there are many other consumers that have experienced the same thing. I would like to know what is trust pilot going to do about this because I have tried contacting your corporate office to speak with your integrity team as directed by your AI bot and no one has contacted me yet. I can only speak for myself but I'm pretty sure that the consumers who are responding to these survey apps are doing these surveys not just for fun but to share their opinion knowing that these companies do appreciate the value opinion by consumers. In addition some people are doing these surveys for supplemental income besides being screened out or rejected from a survey to post an offer and then not pay the consumer who also give these companies referrals leads me to believe that the companies and the developers are the ones who are making the money while millions of people are doing surveys. But that is a whole another issue to get into so now we can just sit back develop a survey and get people to refer other people and then everyone else is making money while we make pennies and get screened out.

I’ve been using for a while and honestly, it’s a mixed experience. At first, it feels easy to use and the tasks look simple, which got me interested. Some small earnings do show up, so it doesn’t feel completely fake. However, the earning rate is quite low, and it takes a lot of time to reach a decent amount. Also, not all tasks are consistently available, which can be frustrating. Overall, it’s okay for trying out or earning very small side money, but I wouldn’t rely on it as a serious income source.

I downloaded the EarnStar app hoping to make a little extra money, but it turned out to be the opposite. You end up spending way more on the casino-style games than you’ll ever earn back. When I reached out to support about missing rewards, they just told me to wait 24 to 72 hours for an “investigation,” but nothing ever really gets resolved. It feels like a waste of time and money. Be careful before investing too much into this app. I got to level 1000 on Jackpot World Slots Casino which world have earned me 50.82 including a 10% bonus but to my surprise I had spent over 50 including buying coins to reach that level. I am so disappointed

Great start, but now I'm facing issues with rewards

Initially, everything was going well, and I was earning rewards from my games. I reached the $10 mark several days ago, but I still haven't received it. Additionally, I completed several surveys, but at the final step, it would say something went wrong, and I wouldn't get paid. That's over $15 worth of effort that I invested hours into without any compensation. If this isn't resolved and I don't receive the $15 for the surveys and the $10 for the games, I'm going to uninstall the app.

Frustrating Delays in Reward Processing

I keep receiving the message "I appreciate your patience. If the reward hasn't been received after the full 72-hour period, then contact us." I reach out to the support team, and they inform me, "I see you are still within the 72-hour period; please note this excludes weekends." It's been 5 days, and I still haven't received two rewards for in-game purchases.

Frustrating Experience with Time Tracking

I want to share my experience, as there were significant issues with the app's time tracking compared to the providers. This discrepancy means that even if the app indicates I have 12 hours to finish a level for a reward, the provider can still deny payment if they believe I didn't complete it on time. I have timestamped screenshots showing that the app confirmed my eligibility for the reward after I finished the level. I even contacted the support team shortly after realizing my level wasn't tracked correctly, and at that point, I had already met the required criteria according to the app. I provided evidence before the app stated my time had expired. The support team advised me to wait three business days, stating it sometimes takes time for updates to reflect in the app. I complied and waited. However, on the third business day, when I followed up, I was informed that I had not completed the level on time according to the provider, so I would not be compensated. I submitted timestamped evidence on the day of completion and again during my follow-up. The timestamps clearly showed my progress and the completion date. I find it hard to believe they didn't have access to my earlier submission. I shouldn't have had to resend that information! Today, I was even asked to provide a screen recording showing where in the app it indicated my timely completion. Now, three days later, the app no longer reflects what it did on the day I completed the level, yet my screenshots and chat records with support confirm everything. If they needed a recording, I should have been informed right after I reached out for help. Instead, I was reassured it would be resolved. I even sent a screen recording of my support chat from the day of completion, which they already had access to. I wish I could share those screenshots to show what I saw in the app. If this service wants to differentiate itself from other unreliable apps, they must address the time tracking issues and ensure synchronization with their providers. Customers should not be penalized for information that wasn't communicated to them! When a customer presents proof of miscommunication regarding deadlines, the company should acknowledge their error and support their customers. I am extremely disappointed, especially since I appreciated the support staff until now. I have been cautious about such platforms due to past experiences, but I was reassured by the support team's friendliness. Unfortunately, I've faced similar excuses from other services before, which is why I documented everything this time. In the end, my evidence was disregarded, and they chose not to compensate me. Caution is advised!

Frustrating cashout experience

I finished the tasks, but when I tried to cash out, it wouldn't work. I reached out via email and received a single response asking me to verify my account, which I did. They unlocked my account so I could play again, but when I attempted to cash out, it still wouldn't go through. I've tried to contact them again, but it seems my messages aren't getting through, and it's been four days without any replies.
