Extremely Disappointing and UnprofessionalI am extremely unhappy with the service provided by this hearing aid company. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and careless. They were very convincing while selling the product, but once the payment was made, their attitude changed completely.The hearing aid did not work as promised, and they showed no real interest in resolving the issues. Follow-ups were ignored, calls were not returned, and proper support was never provided. It felt like they only care about making sales, not about customer satisfaction.I strongly regret choosing this company and would never recommend them to anyone. Please be very careful before trusting them with your money.
