Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional
I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by this hearing aid company. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and careless. They were very convincing while selling the product, but once the payment was made, their attitude changed completely.
The hearing aid did not work as promised, and they showed no real interest in resolving the issues. Follow-ups were ignored, calls were not returned, and proper support was never provided. It felt like they only care about making sales, not about customer satisfaction.
I strongly regret choosing this company and would never recommend them to anyone. Please be very careful before trusting them with your money.

They have pathetic sales team. Forget about after sales. Vyshnav was assigned to me for a second trial as we wanted more clarity before a purchase. Even though the appointment was booked a week earlier because of a tight schedule, the day of appointment, the time kept moving and being rescheduled through the day. Finally the appointment was canceled. Basically they are just wasting the costumers time. I tried calling customer care to report about the ill behavior. They seem least bothered.
Terrible & Hopeless service. My dad who is 75 years old was chasing them for an issue for 6 months to make a contact with no response.After booking an appointment through Head Office for in person visit,he was made to wait for 3 hours on the road with 10-20 calls to get them to the center and look into the issue.Even their head office guys (Himanshu, Anita) has no sense of customer service or courtesy towards their customers. Was promised that they`ll arrange the home delivery of the aids and after chasing them for 6-8 hours, was told that they can`t come and stopped repsonding. My dad had to take a taxi to go & collect the aids as he has to travel to my hometown which is 4-5 hours journey.Third Class Service & Business....Just stay away.
Excellent Centre of Ear solution after sale service and good people to cooperate. Audiologist always try her level best to satisfy her clients with full satisfaction. I would highly recommend this clinic to all who are in need of hearing aid related services.Thank you.
Happy about the after service.I’m using the product for 1 year now & the ear mold got broken, However when I informed about this to the company,The audiologist Mohammad Imithiyas did a quick n great service he came home, immediately checked the device for its function & fixed the mould free of cost as it was well within the warranty period & the device works absolutely well. Appreciate the company’s service ,efforts & suggestions.
