I would never recommend this service. They lack their own technicians and simply subcontract work out. After canceling my service, I was hit with a $300 early cancellation fee that was not clearly stated, only buried in the fine print of the agreement. They practically forced me to purchase the router since they don’t accept returns, indicating they don’t even have their own equipment. It feels like a company profiting from hidden fees and relying on others' products. Additionally, the Internet was excellent for the first week or two, but then it slowed down drastically. I was paying for a half gig but only getting about 70 Mbps on average.
