I was really excited to get a pair of these shoes after saving for them. All my shoes are size 6, but their size 6 was too big. I have tried repeatedly to get assistance with a return, but all I get is automated responses. They claim to respond to emails within 48 hours, but mine have gone unanswered. I suspect it's because they know I'm not satisfied. There is no customer service at all. I would never consider dealing with them again. It seems I'm going to have to take the loss. Very disappointing experience.
