I was really excited to get these shoes and saved up for them. I wear a size 6 in all my shoes, but the size 6 from this company was way too big. I've tried countless times to get assistance with returning them, but all I receive is automated responses. They claim to reply to emails within 48 hours, yet mine have gone unanswered. It feels like they know I'm unhappy and are avoiding me. The lack of customer service is unacceptable. I would never choose to work with them again. It seems I'm stuck with this loss. Very frustrating experience.

The customer service is absolutely the worst. The shoes were nice—great styles, colors, and craftsmanship. I purchased three pairs, and while I would love to reorder in the correct sizes, I will absolutely never engage with this company again!
This experience feels more like a saga than a simple review. I ended up ordering the same boots in a smaller size, but immediately received an email stating I could only do an exchange because of a gift card—which I hadn't used. I was furious! I returned the smaller pair as they were still too big. Now, I have to purchase something I don't want, but I never received the new gift card number, so I can't buy anything at all. I called again and sat on hold for another hour before giving up. Essentially, I just lost $119. This company has the worst customer service imaginable!
I bought a pair of shoes from a store, and after just three months of light use, one side panel of one shoe started cracking and tearing, while the rest of the shoes remained in great condition. This appears to be a manufacturing defect. They claim to have a 12-month warranty, but I received a response stating that this model doesn't have a warranty period, so I am apparently out of luck. I'm still waiting for further clarification.
The original shoes were my favorite, but after being acquired by another company in 2021, the Berri shoe has undergone significant changes. It has gone from a quality, comfortable, and attractive shoe to something resembling a clown shoe. The materials have degraded to cheap synthetics, and the sizing has become oversized with wider straps. What was once a beautiful shoe has been ruined. I’m very disappointed, as these used to be my favorite shoes. I will not buy from this new company again.
If I could give no stars, I would. They send out promotional emails, and I received one for a specific discount on an item in my cart. When I tried to use the code, it was rejected. When I reached out to customer service, they informed me that the code was invalid. I asked how to obtain the advertised price, only to be told the sale had ended. This has been a terrible online experience with misleading advertising and nonexistent customer service.
I have been a longtime customer, but the quality of these shoes has significantly declined. The straps are now wider, and the shoes are oversized. The leather quality has worsened as well. The Berri style sandals are now too large and look unappealing. I also purchased the Birdy style sandals, and they share the same issues. I am done with this brand, as I relied on them for comfortable footwear due to my foot condition.
