If I could rate lower, I definitely would. The delivery of my order was extremely slow, taking over a week and a half to arrive. However, that's not my main concern. I returned the item due to a poor fit, and the company did not process my refund until I reached out four weeks later for an update. They eventually issued a refund, but for some unclear reason, it was only a partial refund. They deducted amounts for 'shipping and tax' and took off a bit more. I paid £31.49 for the item including shipping, yet I was refunded only £25! I believe deducting tax from returned items is against the law?! I am incredibly frustrated with this company! Please avoid the mistake I made! Buy your clothes from elsewhere or brace yourself for a frustrating and possibly unlawful experience!
