If I could rate lower, I definitely would. The delivery of my order was extremely slow, taking over a week and a half to arrive. However, that's not my main concern. I returned the item due to a poor fit, and the company did not process my refund until I reached out four weeks later for an update. They eventually issued a refund, but for some unclear reason, it was only a partial refund. They deducted amounts for 'shipping and tax' and took off a bit more. I paid £31.49 for the item including shipping, yet I was refunded only £25! I believe deducting tax from returned items is against the law?! I am incredibly frustrated with this company! Please avoid the mistake I made! Buy your clothes from elsewhere or brace yourself for a frustrating and possibly unlawful experience!
I never received my parcel. The tracking information was unclear about the dispatch status, only indicating a notification to the postal service. They lack a contact number, are slow to respond, and despite my multiple requests for a call, they have not contacted me. Their replies are incomplete, and I suspect they operate overseas, not in the UK. It's very disappointing, and I would recommend against making a purchase.
First off, my order was significantly delayed, but that was fine as I wasn't in a hurry. However, to receive a merino wool and silk top that turned out to be cotton? And the 'recycled' micro fleece was just a regular fleece? Seriously, is this company a joke?

No one had contacted me about this, and it wasn’t mentioned on the website. I had ordered multiple items that I needed urgently. I requested them to send what they could, but received no response. This completely disrupted my plans. I asked to cancel the order and had to find alternatives quickly as they had wasted my time, yet I still heard nothing! It feels like this company is a scam. I wouldn't recommend shopping here, especially since this was my first order. Based on other reviews, I see I’m not the only one facing these stock issues and lack of communication. I really regret shopping with them. NOTE: After multiple inquiries, they eventually issued my full refund.
I bought some fantastic organic clothes, but 1. Deliveries take a long time—literally two weeks from the UK to Ireland, with a long period of silence from their side. 2. Lost orders: I ordered three heavy interlock t-shirts and a polo shirt as a gift, but after two weeks, I contacted them because they couldn't find my order and issued a refund. I reordered, waited a few weeks, then was informed they lost the order again and received another refund. I ended up ordering from a different site. I urge this company to improve delivery options; they only provide one option, which is not ideal, and to add more neutral brands to their website.
I truly enjoyed my shopping experience. I ordered a few items just to test the fit and I will definitely order more! There was a slight delay in shipping (though I believe it was still within the timeframe mentioned on the website), but I was kept informed throughout the process, which is quite rare these days. The clothes are very comfortable. Much love!
I ordered four items and received a fifth for free for spending over a certain amount. I expected slow delivery given prior reviews, but I wasn't in a rush. Four days after ordering, I received an email apologizing for the delay due to stock issues (which weren’t mentioned on the website) and was told to expect it soon. Six days later, I still hadn’t received it, so I inquired about the dispatch. Two days later, I was told it would arrive the next day, but it didn’t. I requested to cancel the order and get a refund, but received no response. Two days later, I received an email saying my order had been dispatched, a week after I was initially told it would arrive! Two days later, only two of the five items arrived, then another the following day. The last two items never came, and I was informed a refund is being processed. One was the free item, so I missed out on that despite meeting the spending requirement, even with one item refunded. This has been a nightmare experience. The items I eventually received are nice and of good quality, but definitely not worth the stress! It felt like a bizarre experiment to see how far one could push someone before they give up!
