After several days without any communication regarding my order, I checked online. There was a note on my order page stating stock issues were causing a delay. No one had contacted me about this, and it wasn’t mentioned on the website. I had ordered multiple items that I needed urgently. I requested them to send what they could, but received no response. This completely disrupted my plans. I asked to cancel the order and had to find alternatives quickly as they had wasted my time, yet I still heard nothing! It feels like this company is a scam. I wouldn't recommend shopping here, especially since this was my first order. Based on other reviews, I see I’m not the only one facing these stock issues and lack of communication. I really regret shopping with them. NOTE: After multiple inquiries, they eventually issued my full refund.
