I ordered four items and received a fifth for free for spending over a certain amount. I expected slow delivery given prior reviews, but I wasn't in a rush. Four days after ordering, I received an email apologizing for the delay due to stock issues (which weren’t mentioned on the website) and was told to expect it soon. Six days later, I still hadn’t received it, so I inquired about the dispatch. Two days later, I was told it would arrive the next day, but it didn’t. I requested to cancel the order and get a refund, but received no response. Two days later, I received an email saying my order had been dispatched, a week after I was initially told it would arrive! Two days later, only two of the five items arrived, then another the following day. The last two items never came, and I was informed a refund is being processed. One was the free item, so I missed out on that despite meeting the spending requirement, even with one item refunded. This has been a nightmare experience. The items I eventually received are nice and of good quality, but definitely not worth the stress! It felt like a bizarre experiment to see how far one could push someone before they give up!
