I never received my parcel. The tracking information was unclear about the dispatch status, only indicating a notification to the postal service. They lack a contact number, are slow to respond, and despite my multiple requests for a call, they have not contacted me. Their replies are incomplete, and I suspect they operate overseas, not in the UK. It's very disappointing, and I would recommend against making a purchase.
