I booked my tickets via a flight comparison site and ended up with a service that shows e-tickets as pending. They later requested I pay more than what I had already spent. When I called their customer service number, they returned my call from a different number, likely from overseas. They attempted to deduct money when I asked for a refund, even though no tickets were issued!! I am still trying to secure a full refund and will report this deceptive service to the authorities.
