I spoke to an advisor who demanded more money, claiming the fare had increased for the first leg of the journey. I refused to pay extra and requested a full refund. They told me it was not possible as the ticket was 'non-refundable' due to a promotional offer. I contacted the airline directly, who confirmed no booking was made. When I tried to reach out again, they recognized my number and hung up. I am still waiting for a response and a full refund. Please avoid this service as they have acted deceitfully.
