I booked my tickets through a comparison platform and was directed to a service showing e-tickets as pending. Later, they requested additional payment beyond my initial payment. When I tried to contact customer service, they returned my call from a different number, likely overseas. They even attempted to charge me a fee when I requested a refund, despite no tickets being issued! I am still pursuing a full refund and will be reporting this fraudulent service.
