This was first time I tried easemytrip but it ended to be worst day. Once I made the payment i didnt received any confirmation of my booking and I had to call the call centre to get a confirmation upon calling and holding the line for 15 mins I was informed that the booking was failed. Now they are saying I will get refund in 7 working days. now i am stuck with these guys.
