I made a booking, I got one email 20h ago - booking is pending. I sent email, tried to contact on whatsapp and by phone. All day long - nobody responds, today I called 5 times and still calling to customer service, every time they cancel call when they say “price has changed, you need to pay the difference”
and I say - release and send my payment back.

Fantastic Travel Partner ....I was travelling to India in January -2026 and booked my tickets for Indigo on EASEMYTRIP. Due to Fog ..my flight could not reach the Airport from where i have a connecting flight .We reached almost 4-5 hours behind schedule . I cancelled my onward tickets and booked train tickets as it was chaotic in the airport and Indigo could not handle the rebooking .
After i reached my destination i contacted EASEMYTRIP regarding the refund of the fare for my connecting flight as i did not use it ..due to the Indigo's Mismanagement .EASEMYTRIP contacted Indigo and got my refund as per the T&C stated .

EASEMYTRIP refunded the full amount without deducting any convenience fee etc which is normally deducted when a refund is handled ...
Great Travel partner ..Reliable and supportive ..
I gave **** because the Support needs a little prodding and followup

I booked a ticket to South Korea through Ease My Trip, and the very next day I was contacted via WhatsApp claiming there was a fare difference of £93 that I needed to pay in order to receive my ticket.

I refused and requested a refund. I was then told the refund could take over a week to process, but if I paid the £93 immediately, they could confirm my booking within 20 minutes.

When I again insisted on cancelling and receiving a refund, they suddenly offered a “discount,” reducing the extra charge to £49. I declined again. They were trying to pressure me into paying more money, even after I said no multiple times.

Eventually, they sent me an email claiming:
“We would like to inform you that your booking has been rejected due to the same class of service being sold out and the fare increased. We tried to offer you the same price by taking a loss from our side, but you rejected the request and asked for a refund.”

This is completely untrue. At no point did they “offer the same price”, they repeatedly asked for additional payment.

I am still waiting for my refund.

Avoid Ease My Trip and save yourself the headache.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with the Service

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. Their customer support is frustratingly slow and ineffective. Even after submitting a rescheduling request on time, there was no proper coordination or timely action from their side. They claimed to have sent a payment link, which I never received, and their website didn't allow me to complete the payment either. Instead of quickly addressing the issue, the support team kept delaying and provided standard responses without any real solutions. Moreover, the rescheduling fees were excessively high, far beyond what I anticipated, with no clear reasoning. The pricing seemed arbitrary and unfair, clearly exploiting customers who are already under stress. Overall, the poor responsiveness, lack of accountability, and exorbitant charges make this a service I cannot recommend. There are far better travel platforms available that offer transparent pricing and quicker support. I will not book my flight tickets or any packages through this service again.

Frustrating Experience with Ticket Booking

Why should I book a ticket when all confirmations are completed and the amount has been deducted, only to be told later that the ticket was rejected due to a price change? This is unacceptable! I believe your service deals directly with the airlines. Here is my booking ID; I expect an immediate response. You promised a refund after 5 working days, and now it's been 10 working days. How am I supposed to continue my travel without my money?

Cancellation Experience Was Frustrating

I cancelled my ticket just moments after booking, and I understand that the rules state that if a cancellation is made within a short period, the refund should be processed without any deductions. Unfortunately, this hasn't occurred. Even after cancelling, the customer service has not returned the funds to my account, and they haven't responded to my email. In contrast, another service processed my refund immediately. I urge all customers to be cautious with this company as they seem to engage in deceptive practices. My calls often go unanswered, and I once waited for 30 minutes before giving up on a call. Regards.
