I have booked the flight tickets thought EMT site. The flights were cancelled by operator hence amount should be refunded to account within few days.
But continuously flowing with the officials but amount was not deposited.
The time frame between flight cancellation and today is around one and half month.
Still getting msg that we have processed your refund and will take 5-7 days.
Already one and half month passed away.
