I bought a UK eSIM from a service before/during my trip. The eSIM failed to provide any internet connection. I followed all setup instructions, including enabling data roaming and manually selecting the network. The support team only responded after 11 hours, which is far too late for someone relying on mobile internet while traveling. Due to this delay, I had to buy another eSIM to remain connected. Even though I didn’t use their service, the company refused to issue a refund. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service for travel.
