I bought a UK eSIM from the service prior to my trip, but it failed to provide any internet connection. I followed all the setup instructions, including enabling data roaming and selecting the network manually. The support team only replied after 11 hours, which is far too late for a traveler relying on mobile internet. Because of this delay, I had to buy another eSIM to remain connected. Even though I did not use their service, the company refused to issue a refund. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this service for travel.
