Disgraceful service. I got scammed!! Paid £340 (overpriced) for screeding — they poured concrete into my black bin, leaving it unusable, they splashed concrete on newly decorated walls and skirting, left uneven floors, and dumped their rubbish outside my property. I had to get on all fours to clean the kitchen floor and cupboards myself before it dried as they left concrete puddles everywhere and lift a heavy unusable ruined bin which will cost to replace.They claim to have high standards of work — if this is their “high standard,” it’s appalling and embarrassing. They are very dismissive and gas lighting.As a disabled single parent with mental health issues, who has just fled domestic abuse, this caused enormous stress and hardship. £50 “goodwill” insulting. Contacting Trading Standards and going through insurers. Didn't need the stress or financial strain right before Christmas.And they lie in their response to this post. Jokers! About "if I had complained in time" I complained the first day I saw it! I got the proof of all of this... of the screeder YOU arranged, the damages and CCTV in and out of my home. Of course it's your responsibility, your quote lady arranged the screeder and nothing was mentioned about me arranging it, was your fault hiring ammetures and the damages. Try me Avoid at all costs!!
