Disappointing experience with refunds

A neighbor ordered vinyl flooring from this company. Due to her deteriorating health condition, she had to move into supported living and never had the flooring installed. Despite this, they refused to refund any of her payment.

Frustrating cancellation experience

I paid £102 but had to cancel because I was told I needed to remove the flooring myself. No refund was given. While I understand the deposit policy, keeping the first installment payment is unreasonable. No fitting date was confirmed either. I feel misled by this company.

Terrible service experience

I had a horrible experience with this company. I paid for my carpets in full before installation, but the fitter kept delaying for three days. I had to move all my furniture only to put it back again. They are refusing to refund me, blaming the fitter's dishonesty. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
