I've used this company before and was very happy first time so thought I'd get them to do my landing and bedroom, wish I hadn't, 1st fitting appointment waited in all day but the fitter never turned up, second fitting date problems with van so couldn't attend which was fair enough, third fitting turned up only to find they don't supply or install the runners, (which they did first time around) paying over £900 for this flooring for half a job. And to top it off paid £135 extra for fitting and found a lump under the flooring husband lifted the vinyl to discover a picture hook that they'd knocked of my wall and decided to cover it up with the vinyl.
