They informed me that they do not contact customers regarding reservations or closures and suggested I should have checked their website for hours. They showed no concern for our situation. Our reserved cars were given away, forcing us to settle for a smaller vehicle at the same price but for fewer days. They made no effort to accommodate us in any way.
