The initial pickup at the airport took more than 45 minutes, and I discovered that the rental facility is located 2.5 miles away in a questionable warehouse area. The reception area was dirty and had a strong odor of marijuana. Upon entering, I found one agent on the phone dealing with a customer issue for 20 minutes while I waited. Another agent at the counter was focused on the computer, failing to acknowledge me or offer any greeting. After an additional 15 minutes of waiting, the female agent finally offered assistance. The car itself was decent but not clean. Upon returning the vehicle, I witnessed a loud argument between the shuttle driver and another employee regarding the number of passengers. The entire operation feels very unprofessional and questionable. I strongly suggest avoiding this service and opting for a more reputable rental company, even if it costs more.
