I rented a car from West Palm Beach on Jan. 16th to which my email stated I would receive a Sonata or similar which I did (Sentra); however, the car was in an accident the day before I got it and had no working headlight. We were in a rush to get to a wedding at 5:00 and so was forced to take the car. We could not drive it at night because of the headlight and had to incur$120.00 in Uber fees plus $133.85 for the car. When I brought it back I told the man behind the glass window and he said he would make note of it and I would hear from someone in approximately 5 days. It is now 19 days since the conversation and have not heard back from anyone. I feel I should be compensated for the $120.00 for the Ubers that were taken from Jan. 16th to Jan. 20th.
I would appreciate hearing back from management ASAP. I have the receipts for the Ubers.
