Great purchase

I ordered my phone and it arrived…

I ordered my phone and it arrived within a couple of days. I was struggling to set up a pin code, the support agent called me back within a couple of hours and helped me step by step. Very friendly and helpful staff from the start. Would recommend to everyone

Disappointing

Yes, an easy to use home page but somehow Easology has messed up all the Android settings. Notifications don’t work, pop ups ,essential for one time passcodes, don’t work. Impossible to leave one app, e.g. NHS app, to access one time passcode on messages and then return to NHS app. Very frustrating. Easology have now added an extra button to tell you when an unread email is waiting but all I wanted was for them to show a number beside the email app. Very disappointing.

Excellent phone and technical support.

My dad, who is 94, uses his phone all the time. He used to use a laptop at home but this doesn't get touched now.The phone wouldn't power up after a year, but Easology support were very good. It is a Samsung phone with a simplified user interface with a 2 year warranty. The broken phone was picked up and a replacement delivered about a week later. Google is excellent at reinstalling everything, so back up and working fast.

A company that cares for its customers.

The visual layout of this phone which uses Samsung A16 phones currently, is good, and fonts and magnifying work well. I had a problem not being able to send pictures via the installed messaging app., but after contacting tech support by email (Amy), I found out how to use the Samsung's messaging app instead for pictures. I have to say the Easology tech support could not be better, and that is really important for this company's clientele.
