My visit to the store was disappointing

My visit to the store was disappointing. On December 14, 2025, my family and I faced a racist incident because of our skin color. As we were leaving, a staff member called us back, suspecting we had stolen something, but we hadn’t. When I returned to exchange an item today, I encountered the same staff member, who checked the bag from my previous visit, likely thinking we were stealing again. I felt mistreated due to my race. The company needs to improve its operations. 1 star.

Disappointing experience at the store

Upon entering the store, I was charmed by the adorable items. After deciding to buy a few, I was asked if I was a member. When I said no, I expected to be informed about earning points and signing up. Instead, I had to ask about it. I was instructed to scan a QR code for registration. After paying, I realized the cashier should have advised me not to pay yet if I wanted points, which could not be added retroactively. This oversight really affected my experience, and the online shop also had very limited stock.

No response from customer service

I attempted to purchase items for Christmas on the company's website but didn't receive any confirmation email after paying. I tried to reach customer service via email and phone but received no response. I feel like I was cheated out of 80€.

Store does not honor its return policy

The store's return policy states that returns are accepted within 7 days with a receipt and unopened items. I tried to return an unopened product I bought yesterday with my receipt, but they refused to accept it. The manager hid in the back and wouldn’t talk to me. This store feels like a scam.

Overcharging issue at the store

At the store, I bought two pairs of earrings marked at £6.50 each, but was charged £13.49. When I complained, the supervisor insisted that they could charge whatever they wanted. I argued that this was against the law, but she was rude and unhelpful. The manager eventually acknowledged my point but said I couldn't tell them what to do. Expect to be overcharged and have no recourse.

Unacceptable behavior from staff

I visited the store and tried to pay with a $50 bill, but the associate refused it, citing a policy without showing it to me. The whole experience felt unprofessional, and I believe there was definitely change available to complete the transaction. This unacceptable behavior needs to be addressed.

Unprofessional manager experience

After realizing I was charged for an item I didn't purchase, I returned to the cashier for a refund, which was supposed to be processed to my Apple Pay. When I requested immediate cash due to the error not being my fault, the manager was dismissive and raised her voice, making me feel disrespected. This behavior was completely inappropriate and unacceptable.

Unprofessional staff and lack of support

The staff at the store were very rude and unprofessional when I requested sales receipts that they had destroyed without my consent. They refused to print another receipt and wouldn’t provide their names for escalation to management. I submitted several complaints to customer service without any response. Due to this unprofessional behavior, I will not return to the store and cannot recommend this company.
