Terrible service I ordered books they use DPD as their courier service I was told books would arrive on the Monday and cancelled plans waited for no arrival to be told it was an automated mail with date and time but was never going to be delivered as easons incorrectly passed my details. Then waited the Thursday to a 2 hour delay in delivery time to find the box damaged with no receipt and a book missing and a book damaged. Rang easons who told me to go concert DPD but after a heated call I was told she would contact DPD and I'd have the book that evening but of course I received nothing. Terrible service with the stress of back to school last thing you need is waiting in all day to receive nothing and then to recieve a delivery with things missing and damaged good save the stress and shop somewhere else poor service.
