Unexpectedly brought my car to Easons to diagnose and repair an engine fault. They were very busy, as usual, but they would have a look at the car and call me back with a report. I called in later to find that they had fixed the engine fault and also carried out a scheduled service. Thank you for fitting my repair in so quickly, first class customer service as usual.
