The company acted quickly and issue was in less than 24 hours. Ended up being an order error on my part, but not hearing from customer service when I reached out was frustrating. Resolved now to satisfaction.
In 1/2025 I ordered 2 for
My kids. No issues. In 11/2025 I ordered one as a Christmas present for my nephew. Was charged, never received. I have attempted to contact customer services many times. Never responded. I have an order number, tracking in the Shop app. No response.
