The books are of excellent quality. However, every time I place an order, two separate authorizations appear in my account, resulting in double charges that tie up funds I need for other expenses. When I reached out for help, the staff was quite rude, and when I attempted to cancel my order, the supervisor dismissively said, "buh-bye," before hanging up. Even my bank remarked that the situation felt questionable. I had to put a stop payment on the company. If this continues, they may face bankruptcy. I won't order directly from them again; I’ll look for their books elsewhere.
