While I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of the books, the customer service and billing practices are incredibly frustrating. I've been double-charged for the same book multiple times, and I had to wait up to 20 days for shipping due to their unusual pre-authorization process. After I canceled a $500 order on their website and received confirmation, the books still arrived, and they continued trying to charge my account. When I contacted customer service, the representative was unprofessional and dismissive, refusing to acknowledge their error. I'm extremely disappointed and won’t be buying from them again.
