I would rate this experience lower if possible. I bought a book as a gift and was paying in installments. After losing my debit card, I failed to update my payment info. Instead of contacting me, they sent collection notices to the gift recipient, violating my privacy. When I raised this issue, the representative was rude and dismissive, ignoring documentation that contradicted their claims. This behavior feels manipulative and emotionally damaging. I will never buy from this company again and advise others to stay away.
