Terrible customer service. Others have already mentioned their employee by name. I asked for a book to be put aside. Their singular customer service employee made the order.Ordered the book and made payment. Got a receipt. After a week of no answer I log in a find the sale deleted from my profile. Upon contacting them I am informed that the book was sold out.This was extremely disappointing. And that cannot be a smart business practice. My other interaction with their costumer service was also frustrating. I asked if a certain book could be expected reprinted. Customer service replied in the negative. But two weeks later it was indeed republished - but I had already bought a different copy.I would advise you never to buy from Easton Press. Buy second hand.
