I find the total lack of response to my report about a public right of way issue disturbing. I emailed a public right of way official 3 months ago about vegetation overgrowth adjacent to my property, causing obstruction to users of Jack Taylor Lane as well as damage to my property, with no response. I sent a request again online about the same issue with zero response. When I called to follow up, the call centre advisor went to speak to the grounds team and they said they’ve been ‘too busy’ to reply. So I sent a feedback complaint 2 weeks ago. Again no response. Do they really think this is acceptable?
