Over a number of years I have picked up many Easy Action releases and I've always been happy with the actual product. However, when placing a recent order, for what I presumed was a promotional offer that meant I only paid postage, I received an email the next morning asking for the outstanding balance or I could have my postage refunded. In subsequent emails to clarify what was going on the employee I was speaking to was rudely offensive. To the extent of a passive aggressive comment that fell just short of an accusation of taking advantage of them. I have of course kept all correspondence. When I asked to make a complaint I was referred to the owner, who while civil, failed to acknowledge just how poor the customer service skills of their employee had been. At most they were terse, but not rude was what was communicated to me. Something that is blatantly untrue and my emails provide ample evidence of this.A genuine apology would have been a suitable outcome to my complaint. We can all make mistakes, or have a bad day, but as this wasn't forthcoming I'm sadly not going to give them my custom in the future.
